Do you offer government or nonprofit pricing? When will I receive my order? You should receive your order within 5 - 10 business days. Once the order is received by our customer service center, in stock items will be shipped out within 72 hours. All orders are sent via UPS ground and should be received within 5 business days once shipped to continental U.S. address. I need to place a rush order, what do I do? To place a rush order, you must call 1-800-982-2839 by 12 noon (ET). Rush orders cannot be placed through the Online bookstore. There is an additional fee of $10 for domestic orders and $20 for international. You must provide your UPS or Federal Express account number or the fees will be charged to your credit card. The fee must be billed to your credti card or charged to your UPS or FedEx account. Can you bill me? All online orders must be prepaid in U.S. currency by credit card — Visa, MasterCard or American Express. AILA Publications does not accept Discover. You can also pay by check (drawn on a U.S. bank) by downloading the order form and returning it along with your payment. How much is shipping? $12 — 1 to 2 books $18 — 3 to 4 books $25 — 5 to 6 books $33 — 7 to 9 books 3% of total (before discounts) — 10 or more books Client Brochures — $5 for the first pack and $1 for each additional pack. Above rates are for shipments to continental U.S. addresses. What do I do if I want to mail in my order or pay by check? You can download a copy of the order form and mail in the completed form along with your payment. All checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank. Will I automatically receive updates of a book I've purchased? AILA does not mail out updates of its publications. However, we do post any updates/corrections to the Book Updates page. These updates/corrections can be downloaded and printed out. Updates/corrections remain posted on this page until a new edition is released. Are there discounts for purchasing multiple books? Yes, as long as you are purchasing more than 5 copies of the same title. You can take advantage of the 10% discount when purchasing 5-9 copies of the same title, 20% discount for purchasing 10-49 copies of the same title, or 30% discount for purchasing 50 copies or more of the same title.
