Standing Orders

Perpetual Discount, Immediate Shipment! -- *To receive the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and/or Immigration Regulations (CFR) automatically each year, as soon as they are published, select the standing order button next to the standing order title (individual book or combo) on the INA or CFR page of the bookstore. Your credit card will not be charged until the book(s) ships. Moreover, you will automatically receive, each year, an additional 10% discount off the list price (before S&H)—even off the already-discounted combo price. Risk Free: You can cancel your Standing Order at any time. And, like all AILA publications, any Standing Order title shipped is returnable within 30 days for a full refund. Returned items must be in resalable condition. Credit card orders only.

Delivery

For publications, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S. and 3-6 weeks outside the U.S.

Rush Orders

Please contact AILA Publications at (800) 982-2839 or (301) 374-900 (international calls) for rush orders. There is a $10 additional fee for domestic rush orders $20 for international. In addition, you must provide your UPS/Federal Express account numbers or pay actual costs.

Shipping/Handling Charges (within continental United States)

All book orders within the continental United States are shipped UPS ground delivery. The rate is as follows:
1-2 books: $12.00
3-4 books: $18.00
5-6 books: $25.00
7-9 books: $33.00
10+ books: 3% of total before discount

International/Non-Continental U.S. Shipping/Handling Charges

For international/non-continental U.S. orders, actual shipping fee is required. International/non-continental U.S. orders will be shipped via U.S.P.S. unless otherwise requested. The following is a general guideline. Exact shipping fee will be charged to your credit card. Please note, you will be charged the exact fee.
1 book: $25.00
2-3 books: $35.00
4-6 books: $45.00
7-9 books: $60.00
10+ books: $70.00 handling fee plus actual UPS charges

Refunds & Exchanges

Publications in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, when accompanied by a copy of the receipt and a reason for return. Upon approval AILA will issue a refund check for the price of publication. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Tax

For all orders shipped to DC and Maryland locations, the appropriate sales tax will be charged - 6% for DC and 6% for MD.
