By providing practical information and answers to frequently asked questions, this Manual will clarify the appeals and motions process.

The Manual is divided into three sections: The Practice Manual, Q&A on Proceedings, and Q&A on Oral Arguments.

The Manual is available for downloading from the EOIR web site (www.usdoj.gov/eoir). For those who prefer a copy of the the Manual in book form, AILA Publications is making it available as a perfect-bound paperback.
